1. What is No HODL?
No HODL is a free, international peer-to-peer (P2P) classifieds service. It enables users to set prices for goods and services directly in cryptocurrencies (e.g., BTC) and stablecoins (e.g., DAI). It operates on the P2P principle: locally, directly, with no intermediaries.

2. Which countries are supported?
No HODL can be used exclusively by individuals residing or having their registered office in countries of the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland. Only this list of countries is available in the user account form.

3. What are the most important rules?

• Your responsibility: You are a party to the transaction. NH is solely a classifieds board – it does not mediate payments, nor does it offer escrow or buyer protection.

• Safety through locality: We strongly recommend in-person meetings. Remote transactions (with shipping) are highly risky. Remember: cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible.

• DYOR and the law: You are responsible for verifying exchange rates (DYOR) and for checking the legality and tax implications of cryptocurrency transactions in your country.

4. How much does it cost?
Using the service is completely free. NH does not charge any fees and does not participate in financial transactions between users.
